Medtex Knee Length Anti-embolism DVT Stockings are designed to provide effective prevention against DVT and provide maximum comfort and benefit to patients. The stockings exert the greatest degree of pressure at the ankle and gradually reduce towards the knee, preventing swelling in the legs. The heel region of each size of stockings has a different color to provide easy separation. The stocking also has an inspection hole that controls blood circulation under the foot fingers.

To put on the stocking, pull it inside out to the heel, then grasp each side of the heel with your thumbs and fingers and slide it over the foot until the heel pocket is centered over the heel. Begin turning right-side out and continue pulling up the leg. Remove folds or wrinkles by gently pulling upwards and smoothing over the leg. Remove by turning inside out and pulling down to the ankle.
