Shea butter is rich in vitamins A, E and F which keep the skin in optimal health but also protect it from being damaged by the sun’s harmful ultraviolet rays. Vitamin E also soothes dry skin and improves the skin’s elasticity.

Start with a dollop of lotion and evenly distribute it onto the skin, starting from the bottom up. Don't forget to give yourself a good massage as you go along and pay attention to your elbows and neck. Slightly damp skin absorbs lotion more readily (such as after a shower), however, touch-ups can be done at any time of the day.
