How it works
Mahagesic Plus Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Diclofenac, Paracetamol, and Famotidine which relieve pain and fever. Diclofenac and Paracetamol work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain and fever. Famotidine is an H2 blocker (type of antacid). It works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach which helps to get relief of acid-related indigestion and heartburn.
Quick Tips
Do not take any other medicines containing Paracetamol in it without consulting your doctor. Stick to simple meals and avoid spicy rich food in order to avoid feeling sick (nausea). Drink plenty of water while taking Mahagesic Plus Tablet. If you have asthma symptoms such as wheeze or breathlessness might become worse by Mahagesic Plus Tablet.
