Introduction

The Lysun LMP 101 Blood Lipid Analysis System is a medical device used to measure blood lipid levels. It applies the principle of photochemistry and is used with blood lipid test strips to provide accurate results. The system is designed to measure Total Cholesterol, High Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol, Triglycerides, and calculated ratio of TC/HDL and Low Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol in capillary blood, venous whole blood, plasma, and serum. The system provides results and can store up to 500 results and records.

The analyzer applies the principle of photochemistry and is used with blood lipid test strips. The whole blood sample to be tested is added into the sample area of the strip. In the process of rapid infiltration, blood cells are filtered out or dissolved. The substrate reacts with enzymes and chemicals in the reaction layer and leads to the color change, then the color intensity is proportional to the concentration of the substance.
