Levocetirizine is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes, and sneezing. Montelukast is a leukotriene antagonist which works by blocking the action of leukotriene, a chemical messenger. This reduces inflammation in the airways and nose and improves your symptoms.
