It can be taken with or without food, but it is advised to take it at the same time each day to maintain a consistent level of medicine in the body. Common side effects include nausea, constipation, headache, insomnia, ejaculation disorder, erectile dysfunction, and low sexual desire. These side effects are usually temporary and resolve on their own. Avoid alcohol while taking this medicine as it may worsen certain side effects. This medicine can also lead to weight gain, so it is important to eat a healthy balanced diet, avoid high-calorie snacks, and exercise regularly. Inform your doctor if you experience any unusual changes in mood or behavior, new or worsening depression, or suicidal thoughts or behavior.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it whole without chewing, crushing, or breaking it. It can be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
