Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Lukotas HD Tablet SR may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Breastfeeding Warning

Pregnancy Warning

Lukotas HD Tablet SR may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby.

Lukotas HD Tablet SR is a combination of three medicines: Ambroxol, Levocetirizine, and Montelukast. Ambroxol is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. Levocetirizine is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes, and sneezing. Montelukast is a leukotriene antagonist which reduces inflammation in the airways and nose and improves your symptoms.
