Lozivate-MF Lotion is a combination of four medicines: Clobetasol, Salicylic Acid, Lactic Acid, and Urea. Clobetasol is a steroid medicine that blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen, and itchy. Salicylic Acid, Lactic Acid, and Urea are keratolytic medicines that break down keratin clumps, remove dead skin cells, and soften the skin. They also enhance the absorption of Clobetasol into the skin.
