Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Lorisk 10mg/160mg Tablet is to be taken with food.

Patients with pre-existing liver disease should avoid using this medicine. If you experience any signs or symptoms of liver problems like fever, rash, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, stomach pain, dark urine, yellow skin or eyes, or abnormal liver enzyme levels, contact your doctor immediately.
