Long-term use can cause weak bones and a deficiency of minerals such as magnesium. Take adequate dietary intake of calcium and magnesium or their supplements as prescribed by your doctor. Your doctor or nurse will show you the correct way of giving Lonido 30mg Capsule through the nasogastric (NG) tube. Open the Lonido 30mg Capsule capsule and empty the granules into a syringe. Mix the contents with apple juice in the syringe and attach it to the NG tube and give directly into the stomach. Once given, flush the NG tube with more apple juice to clear the tube.
Should Lonido 30mg Capsule be taken empty stomach or with food?
Lonido 30mg Capsule is usually taken once a day, first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach. If you take Lonido 30mg Capsule twice a day, take 1 dose in the morning and 1 dose in the evening. The tablets should be swallowed whole (remember not to chew or crush) and taken at least 1 hour before a meal with some water.
