Livopam 400 Tablet contains S-Adenosyl L-Methionine Disulfate Tosylate (SAMe), a nutritional supplement that restores Glutathione concentrations in the liver and improves liver damage. SAMe is involved in biochemical reactions that regulate the growth, death, and differentiation of liver cells.
Livopam 400 Tablet is prescribed for the treatment of liver disease. Seek immediate medical attention if you have difficulty breathing after taking the drug. Discontinue use at least two weeks prior to surgery. Avoid smoking and drinking as it further degrades liver functioning. You will be regularly monitored for blood creatinine and blood/urine urea levels while on treatment.
