Lipikind-F Tablet contains Atorvastatin and Fenofibrate. While rare (1 in 10,000 patients), liver damage has been reported as a side effect of this medication. Patients with pre-existing liver disease should avoid using Lipikind-F Tablet. If any early signs or symptoms of liver damage occur, such as fever, rash, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, stomach pain, dark urine, yellow skin or eyes, or abnormal liver enzyme levels, contact your doctor immediately.
Lipikind-F Tablet can cause muscle pain by injuring the muscles. If you experience muscle pain, weakness, or muscle cramps while taking this medication, consult your doctor immediately as soon as possible. It is a potential side effect that requires medical attention.
