Directions for Use
Your doctor and paramedic will follow the simple instructions provided in the collection manual to collect your baby's cord blood. Upon enrolling online, you will receive a collection kit, which has to be carried along with you on your big day.
How it works
The cord blood is collected from the umbilical cord at birth using a collection kit. The sample is then processed using the PrepaCyte-CB technology, which helps in efficiently recovering haematopoietic stem cells from the cord blood sample. These cells are then cryopreserved (frozen) until future use.
