The medicine combines Levocetirizine, an antiallergic that blocks histamine, and Montelukast, a leukotriene antagonist that reduces inflammation. Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Levozec-M Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Do not drink alcohol while taking Levozec-M Tablet as it may cause increased sleepiness. Dry mouth may occur as a side effect. Frequent mouth rinses, good oral hygiene, increased water intake, and sugarless candy may help. Stop taking Levozec-M Tablet at least three days before taking an allergy test as it can affect the test results.
