It works by decreasing the amount of estrogen produced in the body, which can slow down or stop the growth of some breast cancers that need estrogen to grow. It may be used alone or with other treatments, such as surgery or radiation.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Letragic 2.5mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

In cases where Letragic 2.5mg Tablet is given after tamoxifen (another anti-estrogen used for breast cancer), it should be continued for 5 years or until the tumor returns. Sequential treatment may also be employed; two years of Letragic 2.5mg Tablet followed by three years of tamoxifen.
Yes, you may safely combine irbesartan and Letragic 2.5mg Tablet. However, regularly monitor your blood pressure as Letragic 2.5mg Tablet might slightly increase it.
