Leptomate 100 Tablet does not interfere with the effectiveness of valproic acid. However, it increases the risk of elevated ammonia levels in the blood (hyperammonemia). High ammonia can pose health risks and may cause difficulty concentrating, memory problems, and drowsiness. Immediately contact your doctor if these symptoms occur. It's important to note that Leptomate 100 Tablet alone can also lead to hyperammonemia.
