Open the capsule, empty the granules into a syringe, mix with apple juice, and attach it to the NG tube. Give directly into the stomach, then flush the NG tube with more apple juice to clear the tube.
Lankid 15mg Tablet MD is usually taken once a day, first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach. If taking twice a day, take one dose in the morning and one dose in the evening. Swallow the tablets whole, without chewing or crushing, at least 1 hour before a meal with some water.
