Lanax Eye Drop is a combination of two medicines: Timolol and Travoprost. Timolol is a beta blocker while Travoprost is a prostaglandin analogue. They work by decreasing the production of aqueous humour (fluid in the eye) thereby lowering the increased eye pressure.
Lanax Eye Drop helps lower high pressure in the eye and reduces the risk of vision loss. To avoid contamination, do not touch the dropper tip or let it touch your eye or any other surface. Apply gentle pressure for 1 to 2 minutes after applying Lanax Eye Drop to prevent the medication from draining out. Wait for at least 5-10 minutes before delivering the next medication in the same eye to avoid dilution. Make sure to use it within 4 weeks of opening the bottle.
