It is a combination of lactitol monohydrate and ispaghula. Lactitol monohydrate works by increasing peristalsis (contractions) in the colon leading to an increase in the number of bowel movements. Ispaghula Husk works by absorbing water and increasing stool volume making it softer and easier to pass out.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Empty the granules in a glass of water/milk stir it and consume immediately. Lacmolax Husk is to be taken with food.

Eat more fiber in your diet. Recommended daily intake is 20-35g Drink 8-10 glasses of water per day Exercise regularly at least 3 times per week Do not hold in stool as that can worsen bowel issues.
Take Lacmolax Husk exactly as your doctor tells you to or as directed on the packaging. Pour a scoop of granules (15g) into a glass of water (about 150 ml), stir well, and drink the liquid as soon as possible.
Lacmolax Husk is considered harmful to patients with known allergies to any of its components or excipients. It should be avoided in patients with chronic constipation or intestinal obstruction.
