L-Aspase 5000IU Injection is given as an injection by the doctor but try to have it the same time each day to make sure it has the best effect. Your doctor will decide what dose is necessary and how often you need to take it. This will depend on what you are being treated for and may change from time to time. You should take it exactly as your doctor has advised. Taking it in the wrong way or taking too much can cause very serious side effects. It may take several weeks or months for you to see or feel the benefits but do not stop taking it unless your doctor tells you to.

L-Aspase 5000IU Injection is given as an injection into the veins, muscles or under the skin by the healthcare provider. It is advisable to drink plenty of fluids and stay hydrated while taking this medication. Use an effective method of birth control to avoid pregnancy while taking this medication. You may need to have blood tests to monitor your blood cells, liver function and kidney function during treatment. It can cause an increase in blood sugar levels. Hence, monitor your blood sugar level regularly.
Seek immediate medical attention if you experience signs of an allergic reaction, such as difficulty breathing, rash, hives, itching, and blisters. Additionally, inform your doctor if you experience severe headache, chest pain, severe abdominal pain, and swelling in various parts of the body.
L-Aspase 5000IU Injection may cause serious or life-threatening liver damage. Inform your doctor immediately if you notice severe stomach pain (upper right side), dark urine, clay-colored stools, tiredness, itching, or jaundice (yellowing of the skin or eyes).
Nausea and fatigue or tiredness are common side effects of L-Aspase 5000IU Injection. To alleviate nausea, eat smaller, more frequent meals and avoid food that is salty, spicy, fried, or fatty. Take plenty of rest and engage in light exercise daily to reduce fatigue.
Food items with soluble fiber, such as bananas (ripe), orange, boiled potatoes, white rice, curd, and oatmeal, can help relieve diarrhea by absorbing excess fluid from the body. Additionally, drink 8-10 glasses of water to avoid dehydration and consider having soups and juice frequently to hydrate yourself.
Use a moisturizer to alleviate rashes, dry, and itchy skin during treatment. Avoid sun exposure and wear SPF 30 (or higher) sunblock and protective clothing. However, if you develop yellow discoloration of your skin, inform your doctor immediately as this could be a sign of a liver problem.
Yes, L-Aspase 5000IU Injection can cause hyperglycemia or increase blood sugar levels. Monitor your sugar levels regularly and inform your doctor immediately if you notice a spike in your levels.
You may experience weakness, muscle cramps, and swelling in different parts of your body due to low levels of albumin. Consult your doctor, who will recommend blood tests to monitor your albumin levels.
You can continue with your normal diet unless your doctor advises otherwise. However, it is recommended to sip water regularly, eat small, simple but nourishing snacks every few hours, and suck on hard candy or popsicles to prevent nausea and vomiting.
During treatment, it is advisable to avoid caffeine, fatty fried, spicy, and overly sweet foods, as they may induce nausea. Avoid alcohol and smoking, as well as crowds or people with colds, to lower the risk of infection. Use caution with sharp objects and avoid activities that may increase the risk of injury. Do not have immunizations/vaccinations without consulting your doctor.
