Kufril Syrup is a medication used to treat wet cough in children. It contains three active medicines: Ambroxol, Guaifenesin, and Terbutaline. Each ingredient plays a pivotal role in thinning and loosening mucus, decreasing its stickiness, and relaxing airway muscles. The medication is available in syrup form and should be taken orally, with or without food, as advised by the doctor.
