If your child doesn't improve with Koseflox 50mg Syrup despite following the prescribed dosage, it may indicate that the medication is ineffective against the bacteria causing the infection. In this case, consult a healthcare professional who might prescribe an alternative antibiotic specifically designed to combat the bacteria in question. Some antibiotics are administered intravenously (IV) in a hospital setting, and your child's doctor can advise on the most suitable course of treatment.

However, it's best to avoid giving your child any vaccine until they've recovered from the illness they're being treated for. Once they feel better, you can schedule their vaccination.
