Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Koditel H 80mg/12.5mg Tablet may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Get up slowly when rising from a sitting or lying position. Use of Koditel H 80mg/12.5mg Tablet during pregnancy or breastfeeding is unsafe.
You should avoid potassium supplements or salt substitutes, unless advised by your doctor. Additionally, avoid alcohol consumption as it can further lower your blood pressure and may cause side effects. Make sure to stay hydrated, drink enough fluids during exercise and in hot weather. The medicine may make you dizzy, so avoid driving, using machinery, or anything requiring concentration until you understand its impact on you. If you feel dizzy, lie down to prevent fainting. Then sit for a few moments before standing to minimize dizziness.
