It contains fat loss ingredients like bromelain and green tea extract. It can help boost metabolism and heat production and support the functioning of the thyroid gland.

Take 1-2 capsules with 200-250 ml of water twice daily, 30 to 60 minutes before meals. Start with 1 capsule twice daily to assess tolerance and response for the first 3 days, then gradually increase dosage. Do not consume more than 2 capsules in a 4-hour period and/or consume more than 4 capsules in a 24-hour period.
