Kickfat 120mg Capsule is a lipase inhibitor that works in the stomach and small intestine by blocking the absorption of fat from food by blocking enzymes responsible for the breakdown of fat. It is generally taken orally 3 times daily during (or up to 1 hour after) each main meal containing fat. It should not be taken for a long term unless your doctor tells you to do so. For better efficacy of the medicine, fat-rich foods should be avoided along with the medicine.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Kickfat 120mg Capsule is to be taken with food. Avoid Kickfat 120mg Capsule with high-fat meals such as olive oil, nuts & seeds (Brazil nuts), dark chocolate, butter, and meat.

It is not recommended to take Kickfat 120mg Capsule for more than six months. If you do not experience any weight reduction after 12 weeks of treatment, consult your doctor and discontinue the medication.
Individuals with allergies to this medication, chronic malabsorption syndrome, or cholestasis (liver bile flow blockage) are advised against taking it. It is crucial to avoid Kickfat 120mg Capsule if you are concurrently using cyclosporine or blood thinners like warfarin, and if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Maintain a low-calorie, low-fat diet while taking Kickfat 120mg Capsule. Avoid high-fat meals as they may increase the likelihood of side effects. Focus on consuming vegetables, fruits, and moderate portion sizes regularly to maintain effective weight reduction.
While Kickfat 120mg Capsule doesn't interfere with its effectiveness, it is advisable to limit or avoid alcohol consumption. Alcohol increases calorie intake and may negate the desired weight reduction.
Kickfat 120mg Capsule begins working within 24-48 hours of administration, with potential fat loss becoming visible in stools. However, it can take one to two weeks for significant weight reduction.
