Directions for Use
Use 2-5 ml twice a day, take or as directed by the physician.Take an adequate amount of this oil and dilute it with your carrier oil.Gently massage on your body.You can also be diluted with bathing water.You can place a few drops on a cotton ball and allow it to evaporate in the air.You can also add it to a diffuser or burner with water
