Ketwon NCT Cream is strictly for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration advised by your doctor. Apply it only on the affected areas of the skin. In case of accidental exposure to the eyes or mouth, wash it off with plenty of water. Do not stop using even if your infection gets better until the doctor says so. The course of treatment should be completed for better efficacy. Ketwon NCT Cream may cause a few side effects such as itchiness, redness, and burning sensation at the application site. If these side effects do not improve with time or worsen, inform your doctor. In case of any allergic reactions, it is advised to call for immediate medical help. To make sure the medicine is safe for you, let your doctor know if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Let your doctor also know if you are applying any other topical medications or on any medicine for any medical conditions.

Ketwon NCT Cream is a combination of five medicines: Ketoconazole, Clioquinol (Iodochlorhydroxyquin), Tolnaftate, Neomycin, and Clobetasol. Ketoconazole and Tolnaftate are antifungal medications that kill and stop the growth of fungi by destroying their cell membrane. Clioquinol interacts with DNA synthesis, killing the fungi responsible for causing the infection. Neomycin is an antibiotic that stops bacterial growth by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions. Clobetasol is a steroid that blocks the production of certain chemical messengers that make the skin red, swollen, and itchy.

You have been prescribed Ketwon NCT Cream to get relief from itching, swelling, and other discomforts due to skin infections. Apply it as a thin layer onto a clean, dry, unbroken infected area of skin. It may cause minor burning, stinging, or irritation when applied. Inform your doctor if this does not go away. Do not share your towel or clothes with anyone and wear clean clothes every day to prevent infection. It may take several weeks to show its action. Keep using it as suggested by your doctor.
