It also relaxes the muscles of the stomach and gut (intestine), thereby providing relief from cramps and pain. Ketotram 10mg/25mg Tablet can be taken with or without food. The dose and duration will depend on what you are taking it for and how well it helps your symptoms. You should keep taking the medicine even if you feel better until the doctor says it is alright to stop using it.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Ketotram 10mg/25mg Tablet may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Tramadol is an opioid analgesic (pain reliever) which works by blocking transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower pain perception.
Stick to simple meals and avoid spicy rich food in order to avoid feeling sick (nausea). Drink plenty of water while taking Ketotram 10mg/25mg Tablet. Dry mouth may occur as a side effect. Frequent mouth rinses, good oral hygiene, increased water intake and sugarless candy may help. Do not take indigestion remedies (antacids) within two hours of taking Ketotram 10mg/25mg Tablet. Do not take it with any other pain medicine without asking your doctor first.
