Introduction

Ketoalfa sachet is a specially designed medication that helps to slow down the progression of chronic renal failure (CRF) and promotes muscle protein synthesis. It is used to treat patients with chronic renal insufficiency, including those with diabetes. The medication contains a combination of active ingredients that work together to reduce the load of nitrogen and inorganic ions, and promote muscle protein synthesis.

Take 40 gm per day (for adults) and less, generally in patients with a glomerular filtration rate (GFR) below 25 ml/min.
