This in turn raises calcium levels in your blood by helping you absorb more calcium from your intestine. Calcium carbonate is a dietary supplement used when the amount of calcium taken in the diet is not enough. Vitamin K2-7 activates the calcium-binding actions of two proteins: matrix GLA protein and osteocalcin, which help to build and maintain bone health.
