Inform your doctor if you are taking anti-coagulants (blood thinners) like warfarin, anisindione, heparin. It is advisable to let your doctor know if you have any blood disorders, liver disease, kidney disease, or gallbladder disease. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. You may also include vitamin K rich foods in your diet like spinach, green beans, broccoli, cabbage, chicken, cheese, etc.
