K-Cor 10 Tablet is a medicine used to prevent and treat heart-related chest pain (angina). It is usually prescribed when other heart medicines are either not suitable or have not worked.
Tablet
K-Cor 10 Tablet may be taken with or without food. It should be swallowed whole with water. Take this medicine regularly and at about the same time(s) each day. Your doctor will decide the dose and how often you should take it. This may change from time to time depending on how well it is working. Do not stop taking it without talking to our doctor as sudden withdrawal may cause your chest pain to come back. You can improve the health of your heart by making some lifestyle changes such as quitting smoking, cutting down on alcohol, eating well, exercising regularly, and managing stress.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. K-Cor 10 Tablet may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

You must continue to take it as advised usually for a long time K-Cor 10 Tablet may cause headaches. Drink plenty of water and take a suitable painkiller. Inform your doctor if it does not go away. K-Cor 10 Tablet may cause dizziness or sleepiness. Do not drive or do anything which requires concentration until you know how it affects you. Do not consume alcohol while taking K-Cor 10 Tablet as that may cause increased dizziness. Do not take medications like sildenafil or tadalafil (prescribed for erectile dysfunction) while on treatment with K-Cor 10 Tablet as it may cause low blood pressure. Inform your doctor if you notice any bleeding from the anal passage, blood in vomit or black stools.
