Introduction

Juslina-D 10mg/5mg Tablet may be taken with or without food. Take it at the same time every day to help you remember to take it. The dose and duration of the treatment will be decided by your doctor. Do not stop taking it without asking your doctor. If you do, your blood sugar levels may increase and put you at risk of serious complications like kidney damage and blindness. This medicine is only part of a treatment program that should include a healthy diet, regular exercise, and weight reduction as advised by your doctor.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Juslina-D 10mg/5mg Tablet may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Before taking this medicine, inform your doctor if you have any kidney or liver problems or a urinary tract infection or if you are on water pills (diuretics).

Juslina-D 10mg/5mg Tablet is a combination of two antidiabetic medications. Dapagliflozin works by lowering blood sugar levels in people with type 2 diabetes by excreting extra sugar from the body through urine. Linagliptin works by increasing the amounts of certain natural substances that lower blood sugar when it is high.

Take Juslina-D 10mg/5mg Tablet at the same time every day since this helps you remember to take it. It may cause hypoglycemia (low blood sugar level) when used with other antidiabetic medicines, alcohol or if you delay or miss a meal. Always carry some sugary food or fruit juice with you in case you experience hypoglycemia symptoms such as cold sweats, cool pale skin, tremor and anxiety. Be careful while driving or operating machinery until you know how Juslina-D 10mg/5mg Tablet affects you. Inform your doctor if you notice joint pains or develop symptoms such as stomach pain, nausea and/or vomiting.
