How it works
Itokine Mps 50mg/125mg Capsule is a combination of two medicines: Itopride and Methylpolysiloxane. Itopride is a prokinetic which facilitates the movement of intestines thereby increasing the frequency of bowel movements softening stools and reducing abdominal pain/discomfort. Methylpolysiloxane is an antifoaming medicine which disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas.

Eat more fiber in your diet. Recommended daily intake is 20-35g. Drink 8-10 glasses of water per day. Exercise regularly at least 3 times per week. Do not hold in stool as that can worsen bowel issues.
