Isofem 10mg Tablet can be taken with or without food, but take it at the same time to get the most benefit. It should be taken as your doctor's advice. You should take this medicine for as long as it is prescribed for you.

It also helps in widening blood vessels to increase blood flow thereby improving blood circulation to certain parts of the body (such as the hands/feet, brain). Therefore, it also treats peripheral vascular disease.

Avoid stress or any kind of strenuous activity to prevent premature labor Isofem 10mg Tablet may cause dizziness or sleepiness. Don't drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how it affects you. Rise slowly if you have been sitting or lying down.
