Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Irosus 20mg/37.5mg Tablet is to be taken with food.

Side Effects

This medicine may cause dizziness. Do not drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how it affects you. It is best to avoid drinking alcohol while taking Irosus 20mg/37.5mg Tablet as it may make the side effects worse.

Alcohol Warning

Rise slowly if you have been sitting or lying down to lower the chance of feeling dizzy or passing out. It is best to avoid drinking alcohol while taking Irosus 20mg/37.5mg Tablet as it may make the side effects worse. Do not take it in combination with medicines that treat erectile dysfunction (eg. sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil) or high blood pressure as that can cause a major drop in blood pressure. Do not stop taking Irosus 20mg/37.5mg Tablet suddenly without talking to your doctor as it can increase the risk of heart attack and stroke.
