This medicine is used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus and is prescribed as it can control blood sugar better than metformin alone.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Inudap M 5/1000 Tablet ER is to be taken with food.

You should continue to exercise regularly, eat a healthy diet, and take your other diabetes medicines (if prescribed) along with Inudap M 5/1000 Tablet ER. Take it with food to lower your chance of having an upset stomach. It may cause your body to lose too much fluid (dehydration) or you to urinate more often. Drink plenty of water and stay hydrated.
