Inderal F 5 Tablet SR should be taken on empty stomach but try to have it same time regularly at a fixed time preferably at night. Inderal F 5 Tablet SR is a combination of two medicines: Propranolol and Flunarizine which prevents migraine. Propranolol is a beta blocker and Flunarizine is a calcium channel blocker.
