Incot Plus 25mg/2mg/5mg Tablet should be taken with food, preferably at the same time each day. Take it at the same time each day as this helps to maintain a consistent level of medicine in the body. Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor and if you have missed a dose, take it as soon as you remember it. Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. It is important that this medication is not stopped suddenly without talking to your doctor as it may worsen your symptoms.

Incot Plus 25mg/2mg/5mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Chlorpromazine, Trihexyphenidyl and Trifluoperazine. Chlorpromazine is a typical antipsychotic. Trihexyphenidyl is an anticholinergic which works on the nervous system and corrects some of the side effects occurring during antipsychotic treatment. Trifluoperazine is a typical antipsychotic. Incot Plus 25mg/2mg/5mg Tablet is given for the treatment of schizophrenia. It is better to take Incot Plus 25mg/2mg/5mg Tablet at night as this medicine may produce drowsiness or sleepiness. Avoid getting up too fast from a sitting or lying position or you may feel dizzy. Inform your doctor if you are taking any antidepressants. If you have diabetes, you will be asked to monitor your blood glucose level regularly as Incot Plus 25mg/2mg/5mg Tablet may affect the levels of sugar in your blood.
