Introduction

Hynasal XL 0.1% w/v Nasal Drops contain Xylometazoline Hydrochloride as active ingredients. They are a nasal decongestant that helps to open blocked nostrils and relieve stuffy, blocked nose and sinuses. The formulation acts as a topical decongestant, shrinking blood vessels in the nasal passages, and reduces swelling and inflammation through an osmotic effect. It is used to relieve discomfort and inactivity caused by a blocked nose, sinusitis, and rhinitis.

For both adults and children, spray 1-3 doses into each nostril twice daily, or as directed by the physician.

The active ingredient Xylometazoline Hydrochloride acts as a topical decongestant, shrinking blood vessels in the nasal passages, and reduces swelling and inflammation through an osmotic effect.
