It is a blend of protein-rich ingredients, minerals, and vitamins that provides daily nutrition to adults. The powder helps to support muscle mass and maintain strength, and provides a fast and sustained release of amino acids.

Add 30 gm of Horlicks protein + (approx. 3 heaped spoonfuls) in 200 ml of lukewarm cow's/buffalo's whole milk. Stir the mixture well and add little sugar if required.
