It contains essential nutrients that help complete their A to Z Nutrition. Two cups of Junior Horlicks contain 85% RDA of iron, 75% RDA of vitamin C, and 64% RDA of calcium.

Take 200ml of hot or cold milk, add 23g (approx 2-3 heaped spoonfuls) of Junior Horlicks while stirring to remove lumps, and recommended twice a day.
