How it works
Hiclogen-T Tablet is a combination of a muscle relaxant (Thiocolchicoside) and two pain relievers (Aceclofenac and Paracetamol). The muscle relaxant works on the centers in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm and improve movement of muscles. The pain relievers work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).

Can the use of Hiclogen-T Tablet cause damage to liver?
Paracetamol in Hiclogen-T Tablet can be harmful to the liver, particularly at doses higher than the recommended dosage. Alcohol consumption should also be avoided while taking this medication as it further increases the risk of liver damage. If you have a history of liver disease, avoid using Hiclogen-T Tablet. If you notice signs of early liver damage (fever, rash, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, stomach pain, dark urine, yellowing of skin or eyes, and abnormal liver enzymes), immediately contact your doctor.
