The Hicks HC-05 Hot n Cold Pack is a dual-purpose pack that can be used for both cold and heat therapy. It is ideal for relieving pain and swelling caused by bumps, bruises, and sprains. The pack is flexible even at below zero temperatures and contains dry natural rubber.

For cold therapy, keep the gel pack in the freezer for a minimum of 2 hours. For hot therapy, heat the gel pack in the microwave for 30 seconds.
