Introduction

Hepamol Tablet is a combination of two medicines: paracetamol and racemethionine which relieve pain and fever. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and anti-pyretic (fever reducer) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that causes fever and pain. Racemethionine is an amino acid which promotes the production of cartilage (soft tissue around the joints) leading to joint repair.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Hepamol Tablet may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
