Henpar-D Tablet is a combination of Domperidone and Paracetamol. Domperidone is a prokinetic that works on the brain region controlling vomiting and increases stomach and intestinal movement, preventing nausea and vomiting. Paracetamol is an analgesic and antipyretic that blocks chemical messengers causing pain and fever associated with migraines.
