Hemkof D Tablet is a combination medicine used to treat common cold and cough symptoms. It helps alleviate runny nose, stuffy nose, sneezing, watery eyes, and congestion. The tablet contains Phenylephrine, Chlorpheniramine Maleate, and Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide. Phenylephrine acts as a decongestant, Chlorpheniramine Maleate as an antiallergic, and Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide as a cough suppressant. While it provides quick relief, it is important to follow the prescribed dosage and consult a doctor if symptoms persist.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Hemkof D Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
