How it works
Helpace-TH Tablet is a combination of a muscle relaxant (Thiocolchicoside) and two pain relievers (Aceclofenac and Paracetamol). The muscle relaxant works on the centers in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm and improve movement of muscles. The pain relievers work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).

Frequently asked questions
Can the use of Helpace-TH Tablet be stopped when my pain is relieved?
Helpace-TH Tablet is generally taken for short periods and can be discontinued when pain relief is achieved. However, it should continue under your doctor's advice.
Are there any specific contraindications associated with the use of Helpace-TH Tablet?
The use of Helpace-TH Tablet can be harmful for patients with known allergies to pain relievers or any of the components or excipients. It is best avoided in individuals with a history of stomach ulcers, active or recurrent ulcer/bleeding. Avoid this medicine if you have a history of heart failure, high blood pressure, or liver or kidney disease.
Can Helpace-TH Tablet be taken with vitamin B-complex?
Yes, Helpace-TH Tablet can be taken concurrently with vitamin B-complex preparations. While Helpace-TH Tablet relieves pain, vitamin B-complex may help to address any underlying vitamin deficiency contributing to your symptoms.

Can the use of Helpace-TH Tablet cause damage to liver?
Helpace-TH Tablet contains Paracetamol. These medications can be harmful to the liver, particularly at doses above the recommended level. Avoid alcohol while taking this medicine as it may further increase your risk of liver damage. Use of this medicine should preferably be avoided in individuals with pre-existing liver disease. Seek immediate medical attention if you experience early signs and symptoms of liver damage. These might include fever, rash, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, stomach pain, dark urine, yellow skin or eyes, and abnormal liver enzyme levels.
