Enriched with vitamin C and minerals, including calcium and phosphorus, this drink helps charge you up to fight tiredness and promotes mental alertness.

Take 2-4 tablespoons (approx 35g) of the glucose powder and put it in a glass or mug. Add approximately 200 ml of water (cold is preferred) to the glass or mug. Mix the glucose into the water thoroughly with a spoon until completely dissolved.
