Hornbeam is a Bach flower remedy that is prepared using the boiling method, ensuring the extraction of beneficial compounds from the beech flower for optimal therapeutic effects. It is primarily found growing wild in southeast England, but is also intentionally planted in other regions of Britain. This remedy is used to address lack of strength, mental or physical tiredness, and emotional imbalance.

Place 2 drops in a glass of water, sip occasionally or selecting 2 or 3 essences place 2 drops of each into a 30ml bottle of water taking 4 drops 4 times daily.
